In the geography of Anaias, specifically on the continent of Vethr Ikk, lies the Yahv city of Wakv Emponvkv, known as “Wolf's Rise” in Common. At the heart of the Yahv community stands this great towering city built by the five clans of the Yahv. Constructed using a combination of wind-blown beech, clade, laurel, and magnolia trees native to the islands, as well as glass and mudbricks sourced from the local soil and sands, the city of Wakv Emponvkv showcases the Yahv's craftsmanship and their deep connection with the natural world. The structures within the city reflect the vibrant hues of the natural lumber, the gleaming glass, and the earthy tones of the bricks. Communal spaces are designed to be spacious, fostering a sense of openness and artistic expression.

Central to the city is the Council House where the people of the city gather for important political and cultural meetings, discussions of operations and cultural direction, and votes on community decisions. To the north of the Council House is the Stomp Grounds, serving as an area dedicated to the practice of their ancient tradition of the Stomp Dance, a tradition bringing together the Yahv community for bonding, spiritual connection, individual well-being, passing knowledge from the clan elders to the young, and expressing identity through music and singing. Further north lies the Ceremonial Grounds, where the most significant spiritual and sacred rituals occur, their connection with the higher order of spirits they hold dear are expressed with great reverence and respect. Adjacent to the east of the Council House is the great Cookhouse where communal food preparation and cooking take place during events, gatherings, and ceremonies. To the west of the Council House are the gaming spaces of the Courts where individuals participate in ancient contests of wits, stamina, and dexterity.

The leadership of the city is entrusted to a tribal council composed of the Meko, the leaders, of each of the Wind, Forest, River, Sun, and Moon Clans. Supporting the Meko are esteemed elders and renowned leaders from their respective clans, collectively guiding the city and its people. Each clan has distinct roles and responsibilities within the community.

The Storm Wolves of the Wind Clan oversee the maintenance of the ceremonial grounds and the preservation of sacred traditions. The Oaken Wolves of the Forest Clan uphold the rule of law, ensuring justice and overseeing the traditions of the hunt. The Brook Wolves of the River Clan serve as healers and spiritual guides, providing care and guidance to the community. The Solar Wolves of the Sun Clan possess agricultural expertise and knowledge of animal husbandry, nurturing a harmonious coexistence with nature. The Lunar Wolves of the Moon Clan are the storytellers and historians, passing down the Yahv people's rich heritage through their songs and tales.

Together, these clans form the backbone of Yahv society within the city of Wakv Emponvkv.
