- Black Dragon: The longsword channels the raw power of a black dragon, gaining the ability to project corrosive acid energy. When you hit with a melee attack using the Dragon Fang, you can choose to deal an additional 1d6 acid damage on top of the weapon's regular damage.
- Blue Dragon: The longsword harnesses the electrical energy associated with blue dragons, gaining the ability to project crackling lightning. When you hit with a melee attack using the Dragon Fang, you can choose to deal an additional 1d6 lightning damage on top of the weapon's regular damage.
- Dual Essence: This rare configuration of the Dragon Fang fuses the powers of both black and blue dragons. It gains both the acid and lightning damage abilities described above. When you hit with a melee attack using the Dragon Fang, you can choose to deal an additional 1d6 acid damage and 1d6 lightning damage on top of the weapon's regular damage. However, you must specify which damage type you are using before making the attack roll.
