In the aftermath of the dire fate that befell the Elven nation of Nar Tirith, a new figure emerged from the Plane of Limbo calling himself Lord Librasulus, the self-proclaimed Restorer of Order. Although physically absent from the world of Anaias, his immense presence and power were palpable. Lord Librasulus declared his opposition to Lord Ataxis and his commitment to defeating the dark Highlord, even if it meant sacrificing every resource at his disposal. He implored the other Highlords to unite against Lord Ataxis and fully commit to the battle.

He summoned the sundered form of Theron Bhaird to his place in the Plane of Limbo, the young wizard distraught and uncertain. Theron looked to Lord Librasulus seeing the ancient face of Kerei Akír staring back at him, his eyes glowing with a faint blue hue and a look of stern disapproval across his features. Lord Librasulus was adorned in pure alabaster fabrics and armor, the runes of his robes absent. He explained to Theron that he would be responsible for acting as his herald, recruiting champions from the shattered lands of Anaias to battle the dark, twisted Lord Ataxis. Theron acknowledged the charge and swore fealty to his altered Master. Upon returning to the Prime Material Plane, Theron set about finding the champions that would join the quest to defeat Lord Ataxis.
